Wisdom of Stillness
5-Day New Year Retreat
Ajahn Khemavaro

Five days of sitting and walking meditations at your leisure. Or just some quiet time to reflect and distil, to learn and to let go of the events of the past. Energized and rejuvenated we face the New Year with openness and clarity, trusting in the wisdom of a still mind.

Short simple Dhamma talks to inspire and strengthen your practice in developing calm and insight.  While Mindfulness of Breathing will be the main method, we will round out the practice with some Walking, Metta, and Body Awareness Meditations.

This retreat will be practiced in Noble Silence and under Eight Precepts and is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
